Carley Rohleder, LMSW-T is a social work professional dedicated to strengthening families, supporting youth, and promoting mental and behavioral health. Her work focuses on improving family functioning, strengthening caregiver–child relationships, and helping families build sustainable routines and coping strategies that support long-term stability.
With a background in community mental health and family systems work, Carley uses trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and strengths-based approaches, with a strong emphasis on cultural responsiveness and family voice. She is especially passionate about supporting caregivers raising children impacted by trauma and is committed to creating environments where families feel heard, empowered, and supported in achieving lasting change.
